Great 30min Workout

If you know me or follow me on Twitter, then you know that I am very dedicated to my workouts. I travel often and I am always looking for new quick workouts that you can do anywhere! If you travel, can’t get to a gym, or just want a great full body workout….. check out the 30 min program below. I found it in a recent Shape magazine article and wanted to share it. Be prepared to sweat!!!!! Have fun… all you need is a jump rope, a clock, and 30 min.

2-4 min Jumping Jacks
5-4 min Speed Skater
5-7 min Jump Rope
7-8 min Crunches
8-9 min Jump Rope
9-10min Speed Skater
10-12min Jump Rope
12-13min Crunches
13-14min Jump Rope
14-15min Squats
15-17min Jump Rope
17-18min pushups
18-20min Jump Rope
20-21min Squats
21-23min Jump Rope
23-24min pushups
25-26min Jump Rope
26-28min Jumping Jacks
28-30min March in Place

    The only workout I do is the 20 minutes walking my dog Chewy. We do it 3 to 4 times a day… but I should do more!
